Group size is a maximum of 8 young people.
Respect for young people, ourselves and the environment.
We will act with professionalism, empathy and respect to our clients, we will support them to achieve their goals and have fun.
We will respect ourselves and our knowledge limitations. We will seek to improve our practice, knowledge and keep connected with professional support groups.
We will respect the environment, assessing our impact in all our sessions and try to reduce negative environmental impact. We will work to connect our clients with nature and encourage a positive ongoing relationship which benefits both the mental health of the client and nature. Research has shown that if people are better connected to nature, they will value it more and act more positively for nature.
We act with professionalism and standards expected in the industry.
